Crackers (17) and the Golf Shop (12) reflected the most gain in the A league of the Sealing Solutions League outing on Sunday. After round two the team standings are Rugar Distributors 27, Lenong 26, Golf Shop 25, Crackers 21, JNKW 8 with MVD eager to get off the mark.
Sealing Solutions (12) topped the B League points, the balance of the matches evenly spread.
After round two the team standings are Molinaris 22, Sealing Solutions 21, Pretenders 19, Coastal Hire 17, Sultans of Swing 13 and CPAC 12.

Luchmen Poonawassy claimed first place in the penultimate round of the 2014 Engelsman Magabane Challenge played on Saturday. He returned 39 individual stableford points to win on a count out from runner up Jody van Wyk. Several players returned 37 points Joanie Herselman deemed third and Justin Potgieter fourth.

Leon Blom posted 21 points for an outright win in the Flamingo Casino Meat and Slots Niner on Friday. The four remaining prize winners all returned 20 points; Pierre Wasserman, Fareez Alexander, Joshua Edwards and Flex Rantoa.

21 points was also the top score in the Thursday KWV Niner, A count out saw Ant Crozier first and Machiel Cronje the runner up. Wedge Crozier was third on 17 points. 

Keen results are currently the mark in Junior Golf. In Thursday’s Spur Junior Challenge Dean Schonegevel posted a winning 22 points after carding a gross 34 in a nine that included five birdies. Close behind him on 21 points was young Joshua Edwards who carded a gross 37. He followed this with a gross 39 to post another personal best over 18 holes, a 76. Not to be outdone Weston Potgieter carded a gross 75 on the day.

In a count out on 45 betterball stableford points team Konica Minolta claimed the Konica Minolta Business League outing on Wednesday, Gehard Kruger and Neil Steyn the team representatives. In the IPS section Wicus Kok was first on 40 points with Neil Steyn the runner up on 39 points. Gerhard Delport was third on 38 points and Tinus Venter fourth on 37 points.  


This week the Club offers the Darsha IPS Wednesday, the Spur Junior Challenge and KWV Niner on Thursday and the Flamingo Casino Niner and CTCS draw on Friday. On Saturday it is a club sponsored competition.
